Strong coated elastic bands offer seven levels of resistance equal to 5 lbs., 12 lbs.,  17 lbs., 20 lbs., 25 lbs and 37 lbs. The Home Trainer features a built-in easel with instructions for 39 exercises and 10 targeted workouts.The seat and back are padded with 2" foam for extra comfort, and the seat adjusts to three positions to accommodate different workouts. Built tough, this Home Trainer is constructed from 2" tubular steel and includes a footplate for added stability.
